4. Services

4.1 Quotations and Orders

• All requests for Services will be assessed and followed by a formal Quotation issued by Maverix Technical Services.
• Quotations are prepared on the basis of information provided by the Client and site conditions observed at the time of survey. Any material inaccuracies or changes in scope may result in a revised Quotation.
• All Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which we reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quotation.
• Written acceptance of a Quotation by the Client constitutes a binding order for the Services described.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment terms, including any required advance deposit, will be clearly specified within the Quotation.
• Full payment for completed Services is due upon practical completion, unless an alternative schedule has been agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card, and cash unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted under UAE law. We reserve the right to suspend further Services until all outstanding amounts are settled in full.

4.3 Scheduling and Site Access

• Services will be scheduled at a time mutually agreed with the Client in advance of commencement.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the relevant premises and work area at the agreed time.
• Failure to provide adequate access at the scheduled time may result in a call-out charge or the requirement to reschedule, which may incur additional costs.

4.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment, you must notify us in writing at least 72 hours in advance.
• Cancellations received with less than 72 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of any advance payment made.

5. Client Obligations

In engaging our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information when requesting a Quotation or scheduling Services.
• Ensure the work area is safe, clear of hazards, and suitable for the works to be carried out.
• Inform our team of any specific site rules, health and safety requirements, or potential hazards on the premises prior to commencement.
• Obtain, at your own cost, any necessary permissions, permits, or approvals — including from building management, landlords, or relevant authorities — required for the works to proceed lawfully.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Workmanship Warranty

Maverix Technical Services warrants the quality of its installation and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of practical completion. This warranty applies to defects directly attributable to our installation work and does not extend to issues arising from misuse, third-party interference, pre-existing conditions, or materials and components not supplied by us.

Materials and Products

Glass, aluminium, and other materials and products supplied by us are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, where one exists. We will assist in facilitating any valid warranty claims with the supplier.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Maverix Technical Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses — arising from or in connection with our Services or your use of the Website.

Our total aggregate liability to the Client in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to that claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maverix Technical Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Website or Services, or your breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
